How does this work?
The first step is a mandatory meet and greet to ensure that we are an appropriate fit for one another. All meet and greets are held at your home so we can view your pets in their direct environment and get a scoop on all of their medical, behavioural, physical, mental and social needs.
I work from home. Will I be disturbed?
Contactless pickup is an option that we provide all clients. As long as we have entry into your home and the dog and required walking supplies are left in an accessible location there will no disruptions to you.
Will my dog be off-leash?
All dogs are walked on long lines maximizing their ability to explore. The option to be on-leash or off-leash is based on the clients preference and the safety and reliability of the dog.
Do you pick up their poop?
Absolutely! It is our due diligence to remain responsible, respectful and minimize the spread of paracites. Clean communities are important to all of us.
Do you train dogs?
Yes. Chantelle Mackney is a certified professional dog trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. Training sessions are available on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
What information do I need to supply?
Our meet and greets give us the opportunity to go through all the necessary information we will need to ensure that your pets specific needs are being met.
How is payment handled?
Email transfer or cash.
Do you board dogs?
We do not board dogs. Our sitting services are offered in your home.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We are insured through Toole Peet Insurance.
